Adam Gilbert is a visionary and a leader, both in health and how he runs his company. He’s a tech entrepreneur who started a business from his passion. His company is called My Body Tutor, where he and his staff help folks worldwide reach their health goals. He is the perfect person to share some wisdom with us on what he’s learned about the two areas we quit at most often: fitness and business. He reveals some findings on how social media has more of an impact on our goal-setting than we think–or dare to admit.

Adam also has great advice on how to pick what to start on, and how to get ready for action. Let’s go! Or better yet: Let’s grow!

  1. Alex, I love all of your podcasts but was especially excited when I saw this interview. I’m a big fan of Adam and his company. I love the way he thinks and approaches fitness, business and life. I first heard about Adam from an article in Entrepreneur Magazine and have been following him ever since. It was really cool to listen to him on your podcast. Great interview! Thanks for doing what you do!

  2. I so enjoyed this interview! So glad to see Adam on your podcast. He’s deserves all the recognition in the world. He’s like the fat whisperer! LOL!

I learned about his program through my best friend who lost 75 pounds with MyBodyTutor. Then her husband joined and lost 90 pounds. I decided to give it a whirl and lost 30 pounds. Then my mom joined and lost 40 pounds. Then my dad joined and lost 50 pounds. To say we’re all fans of Adam and MBT is an understatement!! He and his company are the real deal. What they teach actually works because we’ve all lost the weight and have easily kept it off.

Alex, I’m not sure how I came across your podcast but I so enjoy it. You obviously put a lot of time into each episode. Keep up the great work!!

  3. I became a client of MyBodyTutor in 2013 and had the opportunity to work with Adam. I had completed 5 half marathons and was a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I knew what to do but like Adam pointed out in your podcast ~~ I didn’t take action consistently. I lost and kept off 15 pounds with the coaching provided by Adam.

Thank you Alex~~ your podcast kept me engaged and entertained. I will be tuning in to future podcasts.
